This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Dade County Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve a docket, change or reset a court date, remove or seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. For those matters, contact the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use these official Dade County channels for state trial-court case information and records. The Dade County Circuit Clerk is the proper local record keeper, not the county administrative or election clerk.
- A docket sheet or case status: use Missouri Case.net or request help from the Dade County Circuit Clerk.
- A court date or setting: check the case-specific Docket Entries or Scheduled Hearings & Trials Search, then call 417-637-2741 for traffic, payment, or date questions.
- A certified copy: ask the Circuit Clerk, which is the official source for clerk-certified court records.
- A record or copy request: complete the Dade Request for Record/Copy form and identify the case as fully as possible.
- A case search by name or number: use the Case Lookup page for the public search route and its limits.
For Dade state-court dockets, records, and copies, contact the Dade County Circuit Clerk at 300 W. Water Street, Greenfield, MO 65661. The general records and copies number is 417-238-2400. Published office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding state holidays. The dedicated traffic, payment, and court-date number is 417-637-2741.
For a copy request, send the completed form and any required identification by mail to that address or email it to dade.circuit.court.email@courts.mo.gov. State how the copy should be delivered. Dade estimates paper copies are mailed about five business days after receipt, and staff provide payment instructions by phone. Some records require photo identification, including Domestic/Family requests. An email attachment is a record-request route only; it is not a valid court filing. Attorneys must e-file a request when e-filing is required.
